You are agree to return this vehicle in the same condition as when rented and inspected. In case of damage to the vehicle, you are agree to pay for said damage caused under my rental period. An open credit card imprint Security Deposit is necessary, and will be closed/returned upon the return of said vehicle. If you do not return the rented golf cart unit within the designated time period you are agree to pay the full time of the normal rate for any overtime kept. NO EXCEPTIONS. Unless agreed in advance prior to the return agreement period. Gas must be refilled or paid for.
I acknowledge that there will be NO REFUNDS given for any unused period of time; l also agree to pay for any driving offence ticket that may issued to the golf cart rented under my rental period in this agreement
The following rules and must be strictly adhered to while driving.
If the cart is found unlocked, it will be confiscated and will not be returned to the renter. In such an event no money will be refunded to the renfer for any unused time.
Any damage incurred to the golf cat north of the bridge will be charged to the renter, plus a $50USD fee to return the cart to town.
You are agree I will be responsible for all charges due to misuse of the above rules.
You are agree to pay a $50.00 lost lock or lost key fee, which will be taken from the security deposit
